By creating an account or using CSN Sports, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CSN Sports. Athletes under 18 must register with parent or guardian consent. Coaches and recruiting coordinators must be authorized representatives of their institutions.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile Editor.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Post accurate and truthful information about your athletic and academic achievements.
  • Do not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually explicit.
  • Do not impersonate another person or use another person's information without permission.
  • Do not spam, bully, or threaten other users.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant CSN Sports a license to display your content within the platform for recruiting and community purposes. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms. You can report objectionable content using the report button on any post, and you can block users whose content you do not wish to see.

5. Recruiting Information

CSN Sports provides tools and resources to assist with the recruiting process but does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, or placement. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Premium Services

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, including billing cycles and cancellation policies, are presented before purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The CSN Sports platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by CSN Sports and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSN Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
